Co-Buy Step #4 Build your co-buyer contract

Life happens and we want you and your co-buyer to be prepared. All of our co-buyer agreements are free and and have been developed  by a real estate attorney. However, we recommend that our buyers also have their agreements customized modified to meet their specific situation. These agreements are what make the difference between co-buying on your own and co-buying within a process.  We want to help you map out the terms of your co-buy and prepare for income loss, early sale and other situations that will impact your purchase.

The agreement includes critical provisions based upon your specific transaction, property type, and equity sharing plan. Once you have a completed agreement, we encourage you to have it reviewed by your own attorney, and if you need a referral to a reasonably priced and experienced lawyer, we can help you with that too. Start with the registration & readiness form and we will help you understand what you need to do to get ready to co-buy with confidence.
